2026 IEEE Intelligent Computer Communication and Processing (ICCP) is one of the most important events in the field of artificial intelligence and intelligent systems in the region. The conference brings together researchers, engineers, and practitioners interested in the latest developments in areas such as AI, deep learning, computer vision, and intelligent distributed systems.
The conference will take place from October 22–24, 2026 in Cluj-Napoca and addresses topics such as:
- intelligent and agent-based systems
- deep learning and multimodal models
- computer vision
- AI applications (medicine, mobility, environment)

Accepted papers will be published in IEEE proceedings and indexed in international databases (IEEE Xplore, Scopus, Web of Science).
